Making Remote Teams Better

Building trust, effective communication, collaboration and productivity in remote and hybrid teams.

Elevating Teamwork for Success

Remote and hybrid teams have been statistically proven to increase productivity, with numerous studies highlighting their effectiveness, including a report by Forbes indicating that remote workers are 35-40% more productive than their office counterparts, with an increase in work output and faster completion of tasks. Additionally, a study by Owl Labs found that companies allowing remote work have 25% lower employee turnover than those that don't.

The flexibility offered by remote and hybrid work models contributes significantly to this increase in productivity. Employees save many hours a week by eliminating commutes, which can be redirected towards work or personal well-being, improving overall job satisfaction and efficiency. This flexibility also allows for work to be done during peak productivity times, further enhancing output.

Despite these incredible benefits, there are some challenges such as team communication and collaboration. Maintaining company culture is also a concern, as remote work can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation, lack of empathy and understanding. That’s where we can help.
