11.15-12.45pm Establishing Your Brand The importance of branding for small businesses. Creating a brand identity: Logo, colour scheme, and messaging. Positioning your business in the market.
12.45-1.30pm Lunch break
1.30-3pm Building Your Marketing Plan Creating a Marketing Plan, setting marketing goals and objectives. Identifying your target audience and value proposition. Developing a marketing strategy, budget and selecting the right marketing mix.
3-3.15pm Short break
3.15-4.45pm Digital Marketing Essentials Overview of digital marketing vs. traditional marketing. Introduction to online presence: Website, social media, and email marketing best practises.
4.45-5pm Wrap-Up and Q&A Recap of key takeaways from the day, participant questions, closing remarks and next steps.
